Rashford was at the moment in the lower bracket of the pay scale at Old Trafford and that what not fare for the fantastic player… How much should he get?
Rashford has emerged as a key player for the Red Devils since breaking into the first-team in 2015 and has scored six goals in 14 games for club and country this season.
The 19-year-old is said to be currently earning around £50,000-a-week before bonuses, a figure which falls in the lower bracket of the pay scale at Old Trafford. The club, and manager Jose Mourinho, were keen for Rashford to continue to progress before offering him a significant pay rise but the forward is now set to be offered improved terms, according to The Sun.
Rashford’s form has coincided with United’s impressive ascent to the top of the Premier League table – Mourinho’s side have won six of their first seven games and conceded just two goals. The Red Devils face rivals Liverpool next Saturday following the conclusion of the international break but are expected to be without Marouane Fellaini after the midfielder suffered a knee injury with Belgium.
